В плане сократить это число на 1 000 в течение следующих трех лет и, таким образом, сэкономить миллионы евро налогоплательщиков.  Министр назначает встречи с представителями политических партий и профсоюзов  с целью обсуждения  мер оптимизации работы публичного сектора и выработки решений  по дополнительным сокращениям расходов.   Экономика Кипра, вторая по величине  среди стран  Европейского Союза, в 2009 году сократилась на 1,7 %.  Но ее рост возобновился  уже в первой четверти 2010 после пяти последовательных четвертей упадка. “Даже по при самых неблагоприятных расчетах рост экономики в 2011 году будет более 0,5 %. Индустрия туризма составляет около 11 % ВВП или около 17,2 биллионов евро. В прошлом году  туризм сократился на 10,9 %.  Безработица в 2011 году по расчетам составит 6,5 %, что на 0,5 % меньше, чем  в 2010 году.

Новая пристань находится к западу от Лимассола Замок, между старым и новым портам. Buying a fridge is not an everyday purchase and one may feel just that little bit more comfortable about it, once reminded of a few “buy basics”.   Memories do have the nasty habit to fade, over time.

Available space and “fridge-needs” dictate.   Obvious, but it still brings a number of easily forgotten points to the fore.   Do know the exact dimensions of the available space and here, it is important to remember that too close a “fit” is not ideal.   Fridges do require ventilation and as a general rule of thumb, openings of 1 cm on both sides and the top, and an opening of between 1,5 cm to 2 cm, at the back, are required. It is the little things in life that make the real difference and this principle applies equally to the interior lay-out of a fridge.   Care should be taken with the combination of fridge/freezer compartment sizes.   A  larger FRIDGE size should be the better choice, when regular shopping is the norm, there is a preference for fresh produce and bottles are stored in large quantities, whilst the FREEZER compartment is mainly used for storing frozen vegetables, ice cream, ice cubes and the likes.   However, if the emphasis is on bulk buying and frozen foods, a bigger freezer compartment must be the preferred choice.   Glass shelves have the advantage over wire shelving, when it comes to cleaning.   Easy and quick, that’s glass shelving… and improved functioning of the fridge through the necessary process of circulation, comes with wire shelving.   In most instances and for the benefit of satisfying both these practical points, manufacturers tend to opt for a mixed use of these two shelf types.

lA number of further features such as, child locks, bottle racks (permanent or removable), deep door storage for bottles, smaller storage compartments (drawers or containers) to separate and to prevent cross-contamination, self-closing doors to prevent frost and also damage to the fridge/contents, water dispensers, open door alarms, temperature warning alarms for when temperature rises to unacceptable levels, are model dependent and may or may not be available.   Frost-free or auto-defrost can be an inclusive feature, but if not, do remember that you decide and set the temperature at which a fridges operates and this, the correct temperature setting, as advised in the operating manual, is the real answer to frost problems.

However, these further features, if available, do come at a price.   Keeping to the basics are often all that is required – do you really, really … need a fridge that gives you internet connectivity?

Energy efficiency is certainly relevant today and fridge manufacturers rate products for energy efficiency. Ratings may take the form of a grading from ‘A+’ to ‘G’, with grade ‘A+’ identifying the most efficient fridge type, or a star-rating system, with the most efficient assigned the highest number of stars.   The rating of a fridge usually appears on the back of a fridge.

Limassol Marina – Официально заложен первый камень проекта – Недвижимость на Кипре, Продажа недвижимости на Кипре

7 сентября, во вторник, в Лимассоле состоялась  торжественная церемония закладки первого камня проекта Limassol Marina Его Превосходительством, Президентом Республики Димитрисом Христофиасом. На церемонии присутствовали официальные лица города, представители деловых и коммерческих кругов, а также большое число специально приглашенных гостей. Проект благословил Святейший Митрополит Лимассола Атанасиос.

Церемонию открыл Председатель Правления компании Limassol Marina Ltd, г-н Мариос Е. Ланитис, который от имени Совета Директоров заявил: “Я хотел бы выразить наше чувство радости, гордости,  и ответственности за то, что мы взяли на себя осуществление этого новаторского  проекта, новой вехи кипрской экономики, с общим объемом капиталовложений приблизительно равным 350 миллионам евро. Для нас и для всех тех, кто работает с нами, Лимассол Марина  – это практическое воплощение нашего видения развития условий морского отдыха и досуга, а также в целом инфраструктуры острова. Компания приняла на себя обязательство завершить проект в установленные сроки, и  к концу 2012 Limassol Marina будет готова поприветствовать первые яхты у своих причалов». Далее г-н Ланитис поблагодарил Президента Республики за оказанную поддержку и тот вклад, который правительство  вносит в продвижение проекта, выразив особую благодарность Министру Торговли, Промышленности и Туризму, г-ну Антонису Пасхалидесу. Он также поблагодарил Правление компании Limassol Marina Ltd, юрисконсультантов компании, Банк Кипра, консультантов по проекту и в заключение всех тех, кто удостоил церемонию своим присутствием.

Затем Президент Республики, г-н Димитрис Христофиас произнес речь, в которой, помимо прочего, отметил следующее:

«Крупномасштабные инфраструктурные проекты прокладывают путь к выходу из экономического кризиса. Это – то обязательство, которое находит долгосрочную поддержку в нашей политике, и то, которое мы стремимся выполнить. Сегодня, я закладываю первый камень крупномасштабного проекта недвижимости Limassol Marina, который соответствует нашей политике и является  существенным вкладом в работу по преобразованию Лимассола и целостное обновление города. Сегодня мы являемся свидетелями начала того проекта, который создаст рабочие места, обогатить наш туризм и сделает Кипр престижным местом яхтенного туризма».

Предполагается, что проекты Марины будут завершены к четвертому кварталу 2012 года, что позволить морской гавани принять первые яхты в то же самое время, когда Кипр будет исполнять обязанности государства-президента Евросоюза в течение второго полугодия того же года. «Мы осознаем, что сфера международного  туризма исключительно конкурентоспособна, и что только те места, которое инвестируют в свой продукт, успешно выдерживают испытание временем. Скорейшее выполнение проектов туристической инфраструктуры и обогащение туристического продукта имеют для нас первостепенное значение».

Завершая свою речь, Президент сказал: «Я хотел бы поздравить все тех, кто, внес свой вклад и сделал возможным начало строительства Марины, и я надеюсь, что в скором времени начнется разработка и других проектов в сфере туризма».
